Abstract | The experimental conditions of nonenzymatic reactivation of des-acetyl citrate lyase from K. aerogenes were studied. It was found that at pH 8.5 0.2 MM acetyl AMP causes a fast reactivation of the enzyme. The pH dependence of activity and the Km for citrate are very similar for both native and reactivated enzyme. |
